1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Nahra platform ("Nahra", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Nahra under the laws of Australia, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Description of Services
Nahra provides a Knowledge Intelligence platform that enables users to:
- Query and interact with trusted knowledge sources
- Generate evidence-based, source-cited responses
- Access structured knowledge derived from approved documents
- Build and deploy knowledge-driven applications and advisors
Nahra operates as a Source-of-Truth AI system, where outputs are grounded in approved and controlled datasets.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
- Use Nahra for lawful purposes only
If using Nahra on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Nahra for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
- Attempt to access unauthorised systems or data
- Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the platform
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Use the platform to generate misleading or unlawful outputs
Nahra may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. AI Outputs & Responsibility
Nahra provides evidence-based AI responses, however:
- Outputs are based on available source material
- Users are responsible for interpreting and applying results
- Nahra does not replace professional advice (legal, engineering, compliance, etc.)
Key Principle:
Nahra provides trusted information, not decisions.
7. Customer Data & Ownership
7.1 Customer Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you provide to Nahra.
7.2 Nahra Rights
You grant Nahra a limited licence to:
- Process your data to provide services
- Store and secure your data
- Improve platform functionality (non-public, controlled use)
7.3 Data Isolation
Customer data is:
- Segregated per organisation
- Not shared across customers
- Not used to train public AI models
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Nahra IP
All rights in the platform, including:
- Software
- Design
- Architecture
- Knowledge processing systems
remain the property of Nahra or its licensors.
8.2 Output Usage
You may use outputs generated by Nahra for your internal or business purposes, subject to:
- Compliance with applicable laws
- Respect for underlying source rights
9. Third-Party Content & Sources
Nahra may incorporate third-party content, including:
- Standards
- Regulations
- Licensed materials
Use of such content may be subject to additional terms imposed by the original provider.
10. Fees and Payment
Where applicable:
- Fees are charged per subscription, usage, or agreed commercial terms
- Payments must be made in accordance with agreed billing cycles
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of services
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable and secure platform, however:
- Availability is not guaranteed
- Maintenance, updates, or external factors may affect access
We will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruptions.
12. Security & Compliance
Nahra implements enterprise-grade security measures, including:
- Encryption
- Access controls
- Monitoring and auditing
Nahra aligns with recognised standards such as ISO/IEC 27001.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Nahra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services (if any)
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Nahra against claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the platform
- Breach of these Terms
- Violation of laws or third-party rights
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You breach these Terms
- Required by law
- Necessary to protect the platform or other users
You may terminate your account at any time.
16. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:
- Keep confidential information secure
- Not disclose sensitive information without consent
This includes business, technical, and operational data.
17. Privacy
Your use of Nahra is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
New South Wales, Australia
You submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
